Peter is the GREATEST guy you can meet if you truly love your car(s). There is honestly nothing more to say about Balkan Automotive and Peter (owner) — you need to experience it for yourself. Once you go to Balkan Automotive, you’ll understand why people are often just hanging out with the owner (Peter) on their free time and how many familiar faces you’ll make as friends after your first 1–2 visits. Do yourself a favor and cut off the useless mechanics overcharging you for simple repairs, parts, and labor. Peter is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and actually cares about the cars he works on. That’s rare nowadays.

They are 5 star service people. Peter and another nice guy was there. Not only did agree to look into my issue right away, they diagnosed my problem of overheated engine quickly, ordered and changed my serpentine belt, all while we waited there. Car is back to working first class again Even their fees were reasonable. I have found my new car repair shop! Keep up the good work folks

I got a new exhaust for my 2017 Focus RS and had some questions about it and the install. I contacted Balkan on a Monday morning around 630 am and I got a response as soon as they opened. We then kept in touch through monday even AFTER they close around 8PM! The owner got me in the very next day to do my install! when I got there he was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I pulled in. Within minutes he pulled my car into the garage and began working on It. He was very professional and did a really thorough job with everything! They were glad to answer any questions or concerns I had. Their prices are by far the best in the area and I highly recommend that if you need anything done to your car you pick Balkan! I will definitely be using them in the future!
