Came from Philly. Always went to my "Father's shop". Asked them to please be honest, because I don't know about cars. They were super lovely, truthful & kind. My Nephew is an auto mechanic (in Philly) and said he couldn't have done better. Thank you, so very much! Appreciate the integrity! 😀
View on GoogleI took my car to Dailey's to get looked at because I thought it was leaking coolant. They told me that when they were driving it, the pressure started increasing really fast. They said the head gasket was blown and leaking coolant and the pistons were warped. They told me I would need the head gasket replaced and the pistons machined, and that it would cost $4,400. That seemed high so I called the Subaru dealership and told the service person what all I was told was wrong with the car. They said they would do the same work for $3,000, so I had it towed there. The mechanics at the dealership thoroughly went over the car and even drove it for 70 miles. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket or pistons and that they weren't leaking, the coolant pressure was completely stable the entire time it was being driven, and there was absolutely no coolant leaking anywhere. The Subaru mechanics were 100% certain that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the car. Not only did Dailey's apparently lie about my car having nonexistent issues, but they tried to massively overcharge me to fix them.
View on GoogleVery disappointing experience. They kept my car the whole day for a light issue, charged me $146, and still did not fix the problem. No proper diagnosis, no solution, only wasted time and money. Customers expect honest service, not excuses and unnecessary charges. Please be careful before visiting this shop. I would not recommend this place to any.
View on GoogleThis place was more than fair for the towing of my son's wrecked car. They did an awesome job of getting the car from the field. They also were very kind and let me ( not once but twice) go in their compound yard and let me go through for his personal belongings. Also when I first went in to settle the bill and ask about getting in the car one of the first things I was asked was how my son was doing. That tells me that these guys care more than just about money. I've never had service work done here so I can't say anything about that side of the business but the towing side is top notch.
View on GoogleThere was something wrong with one of the lights on my car, where it didn't turn on even after replacing the bulb. Dailey's was very accommodating in getting my car looked at the very next day first thing in the morning, and figured out that the bulb just wasn't pushed in correctly! I wasn't even charged for the service, despite how helpful and accommodating they were. I highly recommend Dailey's, and will happily go to them for my car troubles in the future!
