We had taken the Jeep to Gutshalls to diagnosis a misfire. While looking at the Jeep, Gutshall found that Daily’s (another shop we took our Jeep to) had not replaced the spark plugs when replacing the our head gaskets. They also used ELECTRICAL TAPE to seal off valves, don’t know specifics. Kurt caught this crap work and made sure to let us know. Kurt always squeezes us in day of or next day. And the service is always so fast and top notch!

Gutshall's is the shop people are talking about when they say find a good mechanic that you trust. Everyone working there is great. I've been coming here for over a decade. They are honest and straightforward. They explain things to me in a way I can understand and actually show me what going on with my car. I've never felt like they were trying to pad a work order with extra stuff and have, in fact, been told when something wasn't necessary or didn't need to happen yet. Other shops would have just done the work to add to the bill. I can't say enough good things about them.

I needed my heater core flushed. While I didn’t actually get service at Gutshall’s, they were very helpful in explaining where I should take it for this very specific repair and why they were not the best choice. I find that refreshingly honest! I believe it speaks very well of their business practices, as well as, it showing a real commitment to customer satisfaction. (Many mechanics would just take your money and do a poor job.) I will be definitely taking my car to them for future service needs!
