I have been coming to Zimmerman's Automotive for several years and every single time our cars need something, they are courteous, capable and knowledgeable. I have never in my life had a mechanic come to the front of their shop to show me which part of the car they worked on and what they did, until them. I trust them -which means everything when it comes to who is essentially responsible for driving your family around. They even gave us a 2nd opinion on my husband's new used car which was estimated at $5,000 (at another shop) and of course didn't even need replaced. And they were HONEST about that instead of taking us for an unnecessary and extremely expensive ride (this had already been done before for myself and my own car at 1 of my inspections). I cannot thank the entire staff enough for taking such great care of my family and our cars and we will continue to be patrons of Zimmerman's for a long time!

I was extremely impressed with their service. I needed a new tire and they were able to get and install it the very next day. I'm not even a customer of theirs! But I received the same courtesy and professionalism they exhibited towards their clientele. Based on my experience, I am considering having my vehicle serviced by them.
View on GoogleI purchased a Tahoe from Zimmerman’s Automotive Tire Pros in July, and within two months the check engine light came on. Being mechanically inclined, I suspected it might be transmission-related, so I immediately called Ahmed, my salesman, who had been attentive from day one. He got me right in. Within 24 hours, I received a call letting me know they were replacing the transmission—at absolutely no cost to me. I was completely shocked (in the best way). Since the transmission was already out, I asked if they could replace the rear main seal, fully expecting to pay for parts and labor. The service advisor even explained that I would normally have to pay since it wasn’t leaking or part of the failure. When I came in to pick up the vehicle and settle the bill, I was handed a zeroed-out receipt. No charge. No hassle. The Tahoe runs great now, and I truly could not be more thrilled with my entire experience. This level of integrity, communication, and customer care is rare. I would confidently recommend Zimmerman’s Automotive Tire Pros to anyone.

View on GoogleTook my 2007 Camry here to get something fixed with the spark plugs and they seemingly didn’t try to screw me over, so I decided to take it back here for my inspection. They tried to charge me 2000 dollars for wipers, a headlight and a wheel bearing. Took it somewhere the following week and passed for under 500 dollars. Sorry guys, you failed in trying to fleece me out of 2000 dollars. Good try tho.
