This significantly simplified the entire rental car return process. Finally, my vehicle was spotless both inside and out following the repair. View on GoogleI had my car repaired here, and while I understood the delay, the overall experience was disappointing. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed air bubbles under the paint in the area that was repaired. When I brought this up calmly, the staff immediately focused on payment rather than addressing my concern, and one employee (Glen) was rude and dismissive. I later spoke with Gloria, who said she couldn’t confirm whether the issue was caused by the repair and directed me to contact my insurance instead. I was never walked through the work that was done, and my concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was frustrating.
