Heard that they work on Mercedes so we made an appointment and took our car. 1 month goes by with no update, so we go back to check on it. Owner forgot which car was ours and then lies that the battery won’t recharge. After talking he agrees to take another look. 2 additional months go by and the car is still parked in the same spot, untouched. We go back again and he lies again that the car won’t start (why doesn’t the mechanic know how to start a car???). And he won’t work on it now because he’s retired, which would have been nice to know prior to acting like we’re brainless. We used a portable battery charger, started the car, and left. 0/5 would not take a bicycle there.

I have been going there for years. In my entire life I have never found a more terrific place to have your automobile fixed when necessary. The owner, Karl, is certainly one of the most vulnerable men, I have ever met throughout my life. He is so knowledgeable about all vehicles, that I have never had such a feeling of comfort whatever I have to bring my car there. He actually does all the work. Only place i would take my Benz never have to worry about him over charging because he has no over head it's just him, he doesn't even have a answering machine lol. He only works on Mercedes and has been for years. Highly recommended

Hands down the worst ever customer service the meanest old man the most disrespectful disgusting person dishonest mechanic ever I was told by someone to take my Mercedes to him and I read good reviews so I was comfortable enough to take my car to his garage and literally three months later the car wasn’t even touched not to mention I went in twice prior to that and he came up with the worst lie that he couldn’t get the car to start which the mean reason why I took the car to him was to fix and make it start yet I decided to take my car back and I was able to jump start it and then I asked him why he wasn’t telling me the truth his answer was because he decided to retire because he’s getting older I asked why he kept the car in his position for three months and never called me to tell me he’s retiring he started laughing
