I cannot say enough good things about Mechanicsburg Sports Car Center. Todd worked tirelessly to diagnose a difficult problem with our Volkswagen, taking the time to thoroughly investigate the issue rather than guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs. His expertise and persistence ultimately led to finding the real problem, and he only charged us once he had successfully diagnosed it. Throughout the entire process, Todd was honest, fair, and transparent. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale. His pricing was more than reasonable, and his integrity gave us complete confidence in the work being done. I also want to recognize Tim, who helped us in the office. He was kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with. Together, Todd and Tim provided exceptional customer service and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a garage and I’m a very patient and understanding guy…my sons car blew up and we brought it here, they found a motor then talked us into buying the motor with warranty on all the parts and labor if anything had went wrong. With in the first week the car started having issues again, while the car was there for 3 MONTHS! The car had gotten significant damage too the exterior! And now they are refusing to fix the car after we paid $6000 for the motor and the warranty…and now have too take legal action…

View on GoogleTodd and Tim are great at what they do. My family has been buying cars from them since the early 90's. Mostly Audis. They also have great service. They have serviced all of my vehicles since 2001. Again mostly Audis but a Mercedes was in there too.
View on GoogleI was experiencing a loss of braking power on my Jetta TDI. After unsuccessfully completing all the testing and repairs that I felt to be the likely cause, I took it to the dealer. Two weeks later, my car was still at the garage and they were recommending a $7100 repair. Rather than agreeing to that, I took my car to Mechanicsburg Sports Car Center. Todd is very knowledgeable on the subject. He definitely went above and beyond while diagnosing the problem with my car. I picked my car up yesterday. The brakes are great and the cost was about 75% less than what the dealer was planning to charge for an unnecessary equipment replacement that would not have corrected the problem. I will be doing all my business with this garage from now on.
