I love Hampden. They are always so pleasant and easy to work with. I’m never wondering if my repairs are actually needed or if they’re charging me for things they shouldn’t be. They’re prompt and courteous and their prices are great! It’s so nice to have a shop that I can fully trust so I’m not laying awake with anxiety the night before inspections. Thanks, guys!

They’re also very good about picking up their phone and getting things scheduled quickly. I get better customer service here than I do at the dealerships.
View on GoogleThe people at Hampden Automotive are awesome! My car wouldn't start at 5am one weekday and I drive 2 hours to work. I called them at 5:20am to see if they could help me and someone came out at 5:45am to look at my vehicle. It needed to be jumped but I also needed a new battery. They told me to drop it off at the shop. I moved here a few months ago so no family or friends to help me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could get back home until it was fixed. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers! Reasonably priced mechanics and they do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! I am so grateful I found them! 😁👍

View on GoogleWent in to get my car inspected. The repair person said that our rear brakes were at a 3 and 2 was the legal limit, so we needed to replace them. Their offer was $645 for both breaks in the rear. Took the car to another place for an inspection, they said the brakes had about 2 more years left. Double-checked with another place and yup. About 2 years. This place will rip you off. Don't go there.
