Heather was extremely helpful during this challenging time. She regularly kept us updated on the status of our vehicle and was very empathetic to our situation. The maintenance crew did a phenomenal job repairing my truck, I was initially concerned that the color match on the replaced panel wouldn’t look the same as the rest of the paint on our four year vehicle, but it did. CARSTAR did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!!

I had my vehicle repaired here through an insurance claim, and unfortunately the experience felt like once the insurance payment was secured, customer care became an afterthought. The repair itself appears acceptable, but everything else around it was frustrating. The job took over a month to complete, and when I got the car back, the interior was covered in shop dust, including my front and rear window sunshades. The sunshades for my side windows were missing entirely. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but that was the only positive part of the experience. The biggest issue is a strong chemical odor coming from the vehicle whenever the fan or HVAC is on. The smell is harsh enough to irritate my nose and mouth. I raised this concern and was told it was “normal” after painting and would go away. It has now been over a month and the odor is still there. I’ve had vehicles repaired and painted before and never experienced anything like this. Overall, the experience gave the impression that because this was an insurance job, quality control and customer care were not priorities. Between the long delay, lack of cleanliness, missing items, and unresolved odor issue, I would not return.

Greg, Heather, and all the team there did a fantastic job! Excellent communication, overall work and their follow-up were outstanding! They worked with my insurance company directly and the rental company making the entire process completely stress free. I had some issues after the work was completed, that was no fault of theirs(a bad part) and they addressed and remedied the problem immediately! Highly recommended! A+++

Greg, the service manager, went above and beyond for me. The parts did not come in as expected and I was paying for a rental out of pocket. The day they told me of finishing, was delayed another day. He called a local dealer, parts were received and installed.5 hours before Car Star closed He called on this rainy cold evening, asking when we be there. He had my finished car started, with the heat on. Gave me a credit for the extra day rental Just amazing. A rare jester in today's world. With much appreciation.
