For a first time visit we scheduled an inspection for our family car, oil change, and tire rotation - but that was assuming it'd pass inspection. It actually failed and my parents were upset that we weren't given any notice to check in before the oil change and tire rotation was proceeded because it was a structural rust damage. They walked into the office disappointed and angry at the miscommunication but Kevin really handled it incredibly well, skillfully, and generously, ensuring that all of us walked out there feeling treated right and that we'll definitely be back. This is a person and establishment with a high level of integrity and care for their customers, community, and the work. Would recommend over and over and over again and be back for sure (and not just for the cookies and snacks!!)

Keven and McLean worked closely with me to get the front bearings diagnosed and fixed correctly. They also prepared a detailed check list of other deficiencies rhe truck needs for future maintenance. Great service at a fair and reasonable rate! I’ll be a returning customer.

I can firmly say all of their positive reviews are well earned. Through the entire experience the workers were honest, understanding, kind, and fully transparent. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help and not just try and take all of your money. I wanted to especially give a shoutout to Kevin for being just the coolest through the whole process. Could not recommend Maclanes enough!

From my initial visit scheduling, through my oil change appointment, the crew was prompt and clear about helping and explaining the processes and parts to me. Kevin at the front was very kind and genuine, receptive to my chatting and questions, and made it all very simple for me to understand. I also want to add that I noticed him taking time more than once to point out and give learning opportunities to guys that seemed younger or newer working. And, that I agree with all the other reviews about honesty and no-pressure sales. The waiting area is an updated, comfortable space that encouraged me to stick around, enjoy some refreshments, and chat with fellow customers. At the end, I got a full, in-depth report on my phone and from Kevin about how the service went, and what else in the car looks like COULD use additional services in the future, if I would so choose later on. I love shops like this that show efforts towards efficiency, quality work, and taking care of the community. Reasonable pricing too… highly recommend.
View on GoogleWent here for the first time ever yesterday (Malvern location) and this is now my favorite auto repair shop and will be my go-to shop moving forward. Was looking for a decent local reputable shop to replace my brakes and boy did I find it. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Prices aren't outrageous either, maybe a tad bit pricey but honestly the customer service and the convenience made it worth it. Kevin was amazing throughout the whole process and I can't speak highly enough about him and the mechanics. Go here if you can!
