We bought a Nissan van with 45,000 miles. The paperwork was made very easy, quick, and hassle free. We had two minor issues the service dept fixed under warranty. This dealership is the friendliest and easiest to work with. They went above and beyond on servicing our new vehicle also. I highly recommend them!!

View on GoogleI dropped off my company truck 5/3 for an electrical/computer problem and an inspection which I knew would at minimum require new brakes. They provided a text # for from and to communication. Of the 8 texts I sent, 2 were responded to. I called or visited to get information. A fleet company had to okay each item of work ( after getting my fleet manager’s approval). They would call and leave messages and if they didn’t respond instead of contacting me to push the approvals thru (which I was able to do in hours), they just waited. After repeated calls to get the truck back before driving to airport for vacation (I didn’t want to keep the rental for a entire week at the airport) , I got it back on 5/24 at 5:00. On the way to airport 5/25 I noticed my EzPass was not transferred from my old windshield to new one. Note it wasn’t cracked, only two tiny chips that didn’t impede vision, but the company paid for it so I didn’t fight it after I questioned. I called and was told by my contact that they always leave it in the vehicle in the glove box or cup holder. It was not in either of these locations then she said in the doors. I checked the doors and under the seats and wasn’t there. I asked could they check in the bay where the windshield was changed. She said no, “I know they don’t have it”. Very abrupt in tone, I might add. Now I have to have my company close the account on the old EzPass and get me a new one. Work done was complete. Responses and attitude were unacceptable.
View on GoogleHade a recall taken care of at L B Smith. I had to wait on the car. On time starting on the recall and finished before the hour was up, and they ran it through the wash bay. Very happy.
View on GoogleNext day appointment for oil change. "Are you here for pick up" was asked as soon as the door was opened. Car was washed. Shuttle driver asked if anyone needed a ride.
