Highly recommended. Andy was very easy to work with from start to finish, which was nice for me since I know absolutely nothing about the world of aftermarket units. Touch screen went out on the head unit of my 10 y/o Toyota Camry stereo. Andy gave me options & information to choose from to get music pumping through my speakers again.

He executed everything was clean and hidden. His price was right on the nail. I had to book a few weeks out due to his busy schedule. But it was definitely worth the wait. View on GoogleAndy did a great job with my car. I got a new sub and amp installed. I already had aftermarket speakers and head unit. I got a dash cam front and rear. I got RGB footwell lighting as well. I also had a LED module for my turn signal that I asked him to install which he did no problem. Highly recommend; great work. Customer service Doug is excellent too.

After doing a fair amount of research on-line regarding replacement of my trusty (but aged) Forester's stock radio with a replacement, I found Creative Car Tunes, and I'm glad I did. I reviewed their well done website and then I called and spoke with Andy. Andy was courteous, obviously knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. I made an appointment. I showed up on time, and he and Doug were awesome. Andy replaced my radio with one I supplied (used/OEM) while Doug discussed various aspects of the job. The service I received was excellent and the charge was more than reasonable. If I ever need car audio service again (or any of the other services they offer) I'm definitely coming back.
