Matt is the absolute best. He’s honest and gave me an incredible deal. I always come here ,they are caring and don’t upsell. They have some really great promotions to jump on. Very pleased plus the GM Keith is also awesome!!
View on GoogleAfter an extremely unsatisfactory experience at a local garage, I called up Mr. Tire in Latrobe for some help. From the very first phone call, Keith was super helpful and friendly, being patient with giving me information and prices on tires and services. I ended up having to call back several times, and each time he was more patient than the last. Unfortunately, the Goodyear tires I was looking to purchase were sold and Keith was able to work with me on a better set of tires at the Goodyear price. Talk about service! Upon completion of inspection, emissions, tire install, and alignment, I showed Keith, Matt, and Sean/Shawn what the other garage claimed were my tires. These gents were very straight forward and helpful in explaining what was actually necessary and needed to be accomplished for my vehicle to pass inspection, and help to determine if any foul play was afoot. They allowed me down in to the shop to look at the tires that were on my vehicle to take pictures. We have gone to Mr. Tire in Latrobe over many years with many different vehicles now and I don't see why anyone would bother to go any where else. They literally are a one stop shop when it comes to your basic vehicle needs.
View on GoogleGreat experience getting my tires replaced here! The service was quick, the price was very fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The waiting room was also very family-friendly with candy, games, and a TV for kids, which was such a thoughtful touch while waiting. Keith and his assistant Matt were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers and making sure people are taken care of. Excellent customer service all around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or service!

View on GoogleHad a hole in my tire from a rock, and my tire was quickly losing air. I was in a hurry and they squeezed me in! Can't say enough about the caliber of employees working there, looking out for their customers. While there, I witnessed them also help another gentleman who was in a financial predicament and needed tires. They took great care of him. I'll be back for my courtesy oil change! Thanks, fellas!
