This dealer should get 0 stars.... I came in to buy my first car just for the manager/owner of the dealer to be completely rude he knew nothing about cars and didnt believe in listening or negotiating. The other employees on the other hand were great.... I test drove one of there cars and not only did it die on me midway through my drive it had many things wrong with it and the dash was blowing up. Then they had to unbury the dodge dart i wanted to test drive. Which needed a 1000 dollar part because of it rough idling. He then proceeds to act like he know what the problem was which he claimed to be a motor mount. But if you know even the slightest about dodge darts or cars in genral you would know thats not the issue. We offered him a fair price slightly below jd powers and kbb he immediately declined in a rude tone. I would not come to this dealer there cars are shifty and shady and the main guy knows nothing about cars or selling cars. The other employees are great on the other hand.

We drove about a few hours to see a used car they had for sale. We liked the vehicle and tried to negotiate the price. We understand that they are under no obligation to lower the price, and we respect their right to sell the car for whatever amount they choose. Unfortunately, the way the conversation was handled felt unfriendly, and a more respectful, customer-focused tone would have gone a long way.

Of the many dealerships and individual sellers ! interacted with, the people here were the most honest and interested in helping me find a well-maintained car quickly. The vehicle I purchased is a very good value at my price point. I drove three hours to purchase it and would do it again with no hesitation!

Pleasant experience, will be coming back for more!!! He actually had 3 vehicles i would have accepted, that never happens. I love my new truck, at least it's new to me. Don't be scared, just stop on by and say hi!!!!

About 10 days ago, after we discovered an issue with the vehicle during our inspection, we politely asked whether they would consider a discount to account for the repair. Instead of discussing it professionally, they were dismissive of our concerns and unwilling to have a constructive conversation. Their attitude alone was enough to make us walk away. The vehicle was a red 2020 Toyota Corolla, and our diagnostic scan identified a fault related to the vehicle's communication/SOS system that did not appear on the dashboard. When we brought it up, the dealer showed no interest in addressing the issue or discussing it further. I understand that used cars may have problems, but customers deserve honesty, transparency, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this dealership.
