I called today to schedule inspection/emissions, oil change, and to get pricing for those services. The female receptionist who answered was very short/rude with me and seemed annoyed by my call in general. I tolerated her shortness through all her "snappy" answers to my few questions and tried to give her grace bc we all have bad days. When I was asking to schedule these services her "sigh" was the end of that grace. So I said to her politely "you've been very short with me" and she interrupted asking "Im short?". I replied "yes, you've been very rude to me during this call and I don't appreciate it. I hope you have a better day" and hung up. She knew she was being rude the whole time. I was very kind in my tone and tried to ignore it but my tolerance ran out bc I was trying to schedule services for the 1st time, they did have higher pricing than others in the area, and I didn't want to walk on egg shells any time I called or walked in there. So why pay more and be treated rudely despite the convenient location? No thank you to that negative energy and rudeness. You clearly didn't want my business. And I genuinely hope your day gets better. I'm sorry for whoever ruined your day, but it certainly wasn't me and you weren't about to ruin mine. Stay blessed.

I didn't realize my tires were bald and had to drive to DC, after calling, they said I could walk in, so I did. Got 2 fresh tires and couldn't be more pleased. Shout out to the guys who did the work, you guys are the greatest.

View on GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service. I was traveling from out of state and wound up with a flat tire. They don’t have road service but I was able to fill it and drive in. The staff were very helpful and able to get me in and replace the tire quickly… which really mattered because my mom and two dogs were with me (we were an hour away from our final destination). Campbell Tire came through in my time of need and relieved a very stressful situation. I appreciate their attention, kindness, honesty, and technical skill. They were able to replace a tire, matching the tread very close to the others, eliminating the need for multiple tire replacements. Thanks to the team there for your help and kindness toward my dogs. If I lived in the area, I would be a customer for life.
