Brad was awesome to work with. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured to buy anything at all. He made sure I felt welcome and didn't leave me to awkwardly walk about the place while waiting for the paperwork.
View on GoogleWouldn’t suggest wasting your time here. I went in for a test drive, had my current vehicle looked at for trade, and made a deal on the exact car I wanted. Was there til close and informed Mark, “salesman of the month”, that I would send the sales agreement to my credit union in the morning for approval. Apparently, waiting less than a day for a sale from someone who really wanted that specific car is impossible. Sold it right out from under me that day.

View on GoogleI had a scheduled appointment for my brakes to be checked at 9am. I brought my car on time, but it was 2 hours before they finally took my car in. Meanwhile, I had 2 small children under the age of 2 with me. They knew I was waiting. Nobody informed me they wouldn’t actually take my car for 2 hours. I had to arrange for someone to come get me and thankfully found someone so that my children could eat. I made them aware at 9 am that I had to pick my other son up from preschool by 230. They said that was fine. They took my car in around 11, said they need rear brakes and rotors (mind you, I was there 2 weeks prior and had an inspection done, not sure how my rear brakes and rotors all of a sudden needed replaced in 2 weeks without a mention of the pads or anything and passing my car for inspection, giving me my car back squealing every time I hit the brakes) I made sure it could be done by 2pm and I left. It was 145pm and I did not hear anything so I called for an update. He said that it was giving him trouble and it would be 230-245. I was told this would definitely be done by 2pm so I could pick up my son. They offered me a jeep grand Cherokee that someone would have to take me to pick up. However, this would not fit my 3 car seats for my kids, so unsafe.. A huge inconvenience. What if I could not find another way to get my son? When I got my bill for everything, it said labor was 97 minutes. If they started at 11, the math does not add up for why it took so long and I was not able to have my car back to pick my son up. The best part is, my brakes are still squealing. I will not be returning and will not refer any customers.
