This is not a soap opera type mechanic shop. These folks are down to earth and working class. They do great work and give me straight answers to my questions. They also satisfy any requests I have without issue. Scheduling is always fantastic. They try their best to work with everybody. If you’re looking for a straightforward and honest mechanic shop, Copelli’s is definitely a great option. Italian ownership is also a plus 🇮🇹

I was a loyal customer for over three years, as Katie and the mechanics are great - friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after being insulted and spoken to in a raised voice over the phone by the other receptionist today when inquiring about estimated price/ scheduling/ wait time for a more complicated job, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: For context, after being told my wait at the shop would be five hours, I asked if I could come in on two separate days (diagnostic, then repair) to avoid waiting for a part to ship. I was instead told to “stop talking” and accused of not wanting to pay for the diagnostic. I had initially opted for a less expensive approach per the mechanic’s recommendation a few weeks ago, so the staff member’s demeanor today was very inappropriate, not to mention unaccommodating and unprofessional.

I give them 100 stars! They go above and beyond. I have been to many auto service stations in my 59 years and they are the best. I tell everyone about their great service. They helped me more than any other station and I left there telling them how awesome they were. I have never been to an auto repair station and left happy before. Honest, punctual, consistent, caring, even doing a little more than asked to make sure customer is happy. I love them. I will not go anywhere else now, they are stuck with me lol.
