The gentleman who helped me get the vehicle I purchased was nice. The truck was after-marketed. The day before paying my FIRST payment the transmission went. I test drove the truck before and with no issues. But I was aware that there would not be a warranty. I guess I would just think the truck should have been at least more liable for the transmission to not be gone within my first payment.

My transmission went out a month after getting it. 2017 ford edge and I haven’t really drove the car …. Problem after problem. Haven’t even had it a year … transmission bout to go out again and a list of other problems ….. but I’m in works with my lawyer ….. I have other people around the area that bought cars from them as well …. This should be good

Always been helpful, nice and patient. My mom has credit issues and they still helped her with no problems and This is our second time coming to them. First car we got few years ago was our crv and now a Mitsubishi Outlander and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll always refer others to come see Evan in needing help with a vehicle! If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in February 2025 because I urgently needed reliable transportation. Looking back, it is one of the biggest financial mistakes I’ve made. Shortly after I bought the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Since then, it has been a constant problem that has never truly been resolved. Over the course of owning this vehicle, the battery has been replaced, the motor has been replaced, and yet I’m still dealing with the same ongoing issues. No customer should have to replace components this significant and still end up with an unreliable vehicle. Instead of buying dependable transportation, I bought a never-ending repair project. I’ve spent countless hours dealing with repairs, appointments, and the stress of wondering whether my vehicle would leave me stranded. There were times I was without my car altogether, making it difficult to get to work, take care of my responsibilities, and care for my family. What frustrates me most is that I was in a difficult position when I bought this vehicle and needed something I could rely on. Instead, I walked away with a car that has been plagued by problems almost from the beginning. I feel completely let down by this experience. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but recurring check engine problems, a replacement battery, a replacement motor, and continued mechanical failures go far beyond what I believe any reasonable customer should expect after purchasing a vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor: have it inspected by an independent mechanic before you sign anything. I wish someone had given me that advice.
