We were visiting family in PA, when we hit something pretty nasty on the highway and ended up needing my tire rods replaced. Thankfully, Turchi was able to get us in super last minute and tire rods fixed so we could make our 6hr journey ride home. Thankfully you guys so much!

Expensive and not very friendly. For transparency (and so no one else gets screwed by this place): they charge $150 an hour no matter what service they do. Even if that is just looking at your car, and doing nothing. Most other more reliable shops in the area do not do this. Go ANYWHERE else. Adjusting my review to one star after facing the exact same problem that I brought my car in for initially. I brought it here as I was told they would do a more thorough check. Instead, I was told it was the battery. I insisted it was not, but the very rude employee who answers the phone and is at the front desk dismissed me every time I tried insist that the battery was not the issue. My car is now facing the exact same issue that I emphasized they were ignoring, again. And when I called to ask if they even looked into the issue back then, that same awfully rude employee answers the phone, and tells me that they NEVER looked into that problem. They determined it was the battery after an hour and a half, and called it a day. Unprofessional and so rude. I urge everyone to go somewhere reliable, where they will not scam you.

Don’t let the old reviews fool you, these can’t be the same people running the shop today as it was back then. I had a bad experience right off the bat. They were not happy I brought my car in around lunch time when they said I could drop it off anytime during the day. I didn’t feel heard when explaining the issues I was having with my car. They then charged $250 to replace a battery. Mind you the battery was under warranty. This was JUST labor. My car is now having the same issues even though they claimed to have fixed it. They didn’t check out the car long enough just found the first thing “wrong” and claimed to have “fixed” it while not actually fixing the root cause and charging exorbitant prices in the process. Poor customer experience all around.

The guy took a month to put on a clutch cable after I made an appointment with him. And he didn’t put the interior parts back together just left them on the floor. He also acted like I never made an appointment. And when he finally gave me my car back it had more problems then when I gave it to him. Stay away!! Almost positive the man took parts off my car and swapped them with old parts he had around the shop. Stay away

Naz has been my mechanic for over 10 years. I originally had him work on my 1992 Cadillac Allante, when most shops wouldn't even look at it. When the transmission went bad he honestly told me that wasn't his area of expertise. I have used him to work on my Lexus, Mercedes, and state inspect my Tesla. I've even seen him working on a DeLorean. That's impresive to me. I recently move from the area but still will bring my cars back to Naz.
