Bob really cares about his customers. I just had work done there today and wanted to write about how good of an experience I had. I needed a side mirror repaired and Bob went out of his way to help me. The work was done well and at a great price. I just moved to this area and I'm going to take my car to P & I for any repairs/maintenance from now on.

Literally the best place around. Bob has replaced my entire exhaust system after my catalytic converter was stolen in fairmount park. He's completely redone all my brakes and gotten me new tires. I feel awful that he had to do so much work on my car but without him I wouldn't be able to drive around so confidently that my car will stay in one piece. His attention to detail is unsurpassed and he's a real true mechanic- true to his craft and actually cares about the vehicle as well as the customer. He'll give it to you straight and not lie to you. I had no idea that my engine was underpowered and when he replaced my sparkplugs it was like a brand new car. Thank you, Bob. After moving to Philadelphia from small town Iowa it has been very difficult to find a place to trust and I'm very glad that I chose to bring my car to you guys those few times. Take care.

Good honest service on all types of cars

Friendly staff who repaired and inspected my 2005 wrangler. Some dealerships won't even service this car, but P & I was happy to answer any questions I had and get my vehicle road ready! No gimmicks, great atmosphere and fantastic prices; I will definitely be back and highly recommend their services.
