The response time for the service was Prompt and FAST. I barely had time to make my coffee. Sal, my technician was great...he was very polite and personable. When I told him about my continuous issue with my tire, he suggested that I get my rim looked and he explained the procedure. Thank you J&S Roadside, you have a winner.

This is the J&S truck that was speeding last night in order to cut in front of me, then nearly ran me off the road cutting me off AGAIN when I was pulling into a turning lane, then once they were in front of me just came to a complete stop in the middle of the road for no apparent reason blocking traffic and forcing me to go around the block to get around them. Whoever was driving this truck is a danger to others and has no business being on the road. Maybe J&S’s vehicles are the ones that should be towed away.

Yesterday my SUV was stuck in my driveway because it was a sheet of ice under the snow. I don't remember the tow truck drivers name but he was so nice. My husband is a disabled veteran. I am his full time caregiver. I am all on my own taking care of everything. The driver cleared the snow from my driveway and put my salt on the driveway. He then was able to drive my vehicle out to the top of the driveway. God Bless him for his kindness.
