This was the easiest place to be able to look at a car and not feel pressured into anything at all. Ayden our salesmen was absolutely amazing and remained helpful, responsible, and respectful the entire time and took his time to explain to us stuff with the process and answered all our questions perfectly, and his manager Doug was extremely helpful in the end with wrapping stuff up and handling calling banks and getting us an amazing deal. I did in fact get my car and it runs absolutely amazing with 0 issues, it was clean when I had very first initially got into it to test drive it, and when I had picked it up to take home with me, if I had to tell anyone where to buy a first car, second car, or even third, I’d refer them here, everyone was amazing!

TLDR: incredibly nice people in all stages of the process. Would definitely recommend, special thanks to Ron, Doug, Kristine, and Greg! I initially had a bizarre experience trying to buy a pre-owned 2016 Subaru Forester, but ended up having one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my adult life buying a pre-owned 2018 Subaru Forester. I found a red Subaru Forester at Kenny Ross I was interested in test driving and booked an appointment via text with Chloe to test drive it the following day. I had an appointment with Doug, the sales manager, at the Subaru location. When I arrived to test drive the red Forester, I was told I had to go to the other lot location a few minutes down the road - totally fine, things happen! When I got there, I said I had an appointment with Doug. Ron greeted me, and told me that Doug was off today but he’d be happy to help me. I let him know I was there to test drive a specific car, and he told me that someone had test driven it earlier with the intention to buy it and it had an AC issue that was getting fixed at the time. The vehicle had been taken to their shop an hour before I arrived. I asked if there were any comparable vehicles, and we talked over some options before I decided to head out. I left my name and number in the event the red Subaru was available to test drive once the AC was fixed. I got a text that evening from the dealership asking me to reschedule my appointment, which confused me. I called the next day and spoke to Kristine (spelling?) in sales. I explained what had happened, that it was disappointing that I’d come almost an hour to not be able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, or any vehicle at all. I was definitely not angry or upset - every person I spoke with the entire time was very kind and helpful. It was a series of unfortunate circumstances, and she advised she would pass my information along to the sales manager Doug and tell him to find me a great car. Doug called me the following day, but I missed his call due to work engagements. I got a text from Ron one day later that the AC was fixed in the red Subaru and it was ready to test drive. I made an appointment for the following day, but ended up calling him and making an earlier appointment for the same day. When I got there, he came out and told me that the person who had previously been interested in the red Subaru was there finishing up the paperwork to buy it. Ron and Doug knew how confused and upset I was about the series of events, especially with gas being so expensive and now having taken 2 of my evenings to come to Irwin, 40+ minutes away. Again - I have to stress that every person I spoke with was kind, understanding, and apologetic. They had a blue Subaru Forester available for me to look at, and I ended up loving the vehicle. They worked with me on financing, and were honestly a gem to work with, even though the hiccups were inconvenient. Every single person I encountered - Chloe, Ron, Kristine, Doug, Greg in finance, the random people whose names I didn’t catch who helped direct me or spoke to me in the lounge - was so incredibly kind and helpful. I had the most amazing experience after the most bizarre initial confusion. I am so, so glad that Doug and Ron reached back out to me, and that I thought to call to inquire about the automated text message that implied I’d missed my appointment. They have definitely earned a loyal customer, and I will recommend Kenny Ross to anyone who is looking for a reliable pre-owned vehicle sold by people who care about their customers.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Joey for making everything so smooth from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Joey was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and great customer service. The entire team was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. Joey was very helpful, and both him and the manager, Doug, were willing to negotiate pricing which was very considerate of them. The LoJack system, theft protection, and the protection plan are not included in the estimated price on a site like CarFax, so keep that in mind. No outstanding complaints as of now, and I can say the process was very straightforward and clear. Just keep in mind that if you show up on a Saturday, financing in the actual make’s dealership may take a while. The used cars are also “as is,” so a warranty is not included. (I bought a 2014 Mazda2 Sport, for reference).

Nice little used car lot. Prices are reasonable for the vehicles. Eric was down to earth and not your typical pushy salesman. Will definitely recommend other buyers go here
