if 0 stars were an option, this guy would get it..i take my 2013 ford taurus to get brakes and rotors for all 4 tires.. I drop my car off there, pick it up a few hours later. He confirmed that he changed the brakes and rotors and also oiled one of the sliders and rechecked them all because one was frozen. so i go to drive home and i can barely even get my car stopped. I almost crashed right into the wall. I had to put my pedal to the floor just to get my car stopped from like 15mph. so i dont even get more than 5 minutes down the road before i turn around and bring it back. when i tell him the issue, he claims he just test drove it so he says "it cant be". He gets back in the car moves it about 5 feet forward, tries to stop it, then realizes something is really wrong here that wasnt whenever i had dropped my car off. The fact that he just moved my car forward 5 feet just goes to show that their is no way he test drove my car before that if it took him that long to diagnose the issue without even leaving the park. He also told me that he wasnt the one who test drove it originally now so thats why he didnt catch it.So he tells me that i need a new master cylinder since my pedal goes down so easy. that was never even an issue before this, my car never did that before and now that i get new brakes and rotors all of the sudden that goes too? so i leave my car with him over night and pick it up the next day and he told me the sliders on were frozen and that i needed a new caliper on my rear drivers side.So even though he told me the day before he oiled the sliders and checked them , i still had to come back to get a caliper changed and them rechecked. so clearly he had to of made that up the first time. all of that totaled up to $789 and change and my brakes are now making terrible noises like somethings rubbing where it shouldn't be and they are squeaking just like before. The guy just gives you the run around after not properly fixing your vehicle because he just wants you to keep bringing your car back to him and ridiculous rates then claim he's doing the labor for free. if he thinks he can take advantage of you he will and you should stay away from him if you dont know him
