Terrible experience with this location. I went in for an oil change as an Amazon flex driver hoping to get a good price with my discount. I was charged $96 for one oil change with my discount. My car was not vacuumed out and I also had a tire light on which was not addressed. Charging that much for an oil change I would have hoped for better service definitely won’t be going back.

View on GoogleBE WARE, SCAMMERS!! I went for an inspection. Guy comes out and tells me my wipers fail and that if he could pass them he would. Also told me i needed a new cabin air filter. I told them I JUST had both of them changed within the last few months. He leaves and comes back a few minutes later and says he told them to pass my wipers because they supposedly didn’t have mine in stock and didn’t want me to wait 40 minutes for them to go get them…i looked at the wipers when i left and saw NOTHING wrong with them. Do not let them take advantage of you like they tried to take advantage of me!!
View on GoogleThis was my second visit for an oil change. Two separate vehicles. Staff were very nice in helping me choose the best oil for each vehicle. (2020 Ford and 2015 Jeep) They even told me that I could look up a coupon for the service. With the jeep, they found an issue. They took the time to explain the issue and quote me what it would cost to have it fixed there. When I wasn't sure (needed to talk to my dad) he was very nice and told me what to do to make sure the vehicle was safe until I had the issue fixed, even if I didn't get it done there. Very happy with the service and professionalism.
View on Googlerecently brought my Toyota to Jiffy Lube Store #3704 for service. Unfortunately, I found the pricing to be excessively expensive and felt like I was overcharged for multiple items. The experience didn’t feel fair compared to what I expected for a routine service. I hope the store can be more transparent with pricing and explain services more clearly in the future. Customers appreciate honesty and reasonable costs.
