Brendan’s Collision Center provided excellent service during a very stressful situation. My son was involved in an accident out of state, and since the vehicle was on my insurance, I had to coordinate everything from afar. Brad was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted with arranging the tow, kept me informed during the repairs, and communicated with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. The entire experience was handled smoothly, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about customer service the way they do. I highly recommend Brendan’s Collision Center, and I’m especially grateful to Brad for making a difficult situation so much easier.

I recently had my daughter take her car there after she was in a front end fender bender while at school at Haverford College. They were nice enough to deal with and handled all of the interactions with my insurance company even though we live in another state. I had to call them to get updates often because we were on a tight schedule as the semester was ending and we were driving the car home. The timeline wasn't too tight, but it was a hard deadline from my end. The work did not come out great. Somehow they missed the license plate mounting bracket entirely (see pictures) even though there is a large chunk taken out of it and some pretty good damage. The hood gap on the driver's side is way high. I noticed it immediately when I arrived to drive it home. Not sure how that gets missed either. The paint is not color matched very well. It is obvious to me that the only part painted was the hood. It does not match the fenders at all. They did offer to give me the part # for the license plate bracket so I could buy it on my own but that defeats the purpose of having insurance fix the car. If I lived in town I would be having this work redone. Very disappointed.

This family business recently lost their patriarch, Gene. The business will continue to deliver the same courteous, high-quality service as before but with new hours. They work on all vehicles, work with most insurance companies, and keep the customer updated on their vehicle's progress. RIP Gene.
