My experience with Bob and Joe’s Towing was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Mike came to pick up my car. He was on time, genuinely friendly, answered all of my questions and I immediately trusted him to take good care of my vehicle. The service was affordable. Highly recommend.

He was dispatched to me through Verizon's Roadside Rescue, which I've used more than a few times, and he was the first tow driver to ever call me and let me know how long he'd be. He was nice, professional, and an impressive driver. We live on a tight street, and he backed my car into my driveway no problem. Definitely recommend!!
View on GoogleBest guys I've ever had tow. I had previously scheduled another company yesterday, and they never showed. They kept telling me "45 minutes, traffic is bad." They did that for almost 5 hours. Called and cancelled after wasting a half day, then scheduled Bob and Joe's for the morning. I'll always ask for them. Dave who came out knew bikes, was really respectful of my bike and good conversation. You couldn't ask for a better or easier experience. This was for a bike tow, and it was the easiest one I've had.

He explained everything to me and kept me abreast of his eta throughout the process. I was extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service I received. I highly recommend Bob and Joe's. I called another company and they never called or came we were sitting there for about 3hours. Then I call Bob and Joes's towing.They sent a nice and courteous man named Mike. Mike was very professional and made me feel safe. He was also there in less than thirty minutes. He tried to fix the car but unable. I was home safe and sound with my children in no time. The rate was reasonable and he was a good driver. He really easiest my worries and I can not say thank you enough. I only have a part time job. Thank so much Bob and Joe's towing, especially(Mike )
