I had an outstanding experience with Classic Auto Body Ltd. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations. I originally brought my car in for front bumper damage, but when I got it back, it honestly looked even better than before the accident. What really impressed me is that they went above and beyond by fixing a few additional cosmetic issues that weren’t even part of the original repair without me asking. Communication was top-tier the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They also made everything easy by setting me up with a rental car, and even handled returning the rental once my car was ready completely hassle free. Professional, thorough, and customer-focused. If you’re looking for quality work and great service, I highly recommend them.

I’ve had two recent auto mishaps that required significant repairs. The first involved an insurance claim. My dealership recommended Classic Auto Body in Haverford, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I worked with Steve Mugler, who handled all communication with the insurer skillfully and efficiently. It may sound trite to say the car looked better than new when returned — right down to the meticulous detailing and even that “new car smell” — but it truly did. The second time, I needed an entirely new door panel and a complete repaint of one side of the car to match. Once again, the results were exceptional. These folks are truly the Michelangelos of auto repair. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist on up, because each person was courteous, responsive, and helpful. But Steve deserves special mention for making big promises — and delivering on every one of them.

Another superb collision repair by Classic Auto Body on my Audi A5. They were very careful and the repair turned out beautifully. In fact, I think the car looks better than pre-collision since they also, on their own, filled road nicks with clear coat and buffed them. They worked hard to finish the job and get the car back to me. Shout out to Steve,Tim and Sheila for great service and communications. I recommend them to anyone needing service.

This is now the second time I’ve visited classic auto body. Each interaction is always a positive one. I’ve talk to the support staff, the estimators, and various other members of the team. Each person‘s been polite, helpful, friendly and fast. What else could you want from a local business that does great work repairing cars whenever needed. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future events, they just do a fantastic job.

Classic Auto Body doesn't accept credit cards. which is inconvenient for the customer. I went to Classic Auto Body for front end damage to my car. It took them 5 weeks to finish the work. That's too long, considering the damage done to the car. I've had good experiences at Bryn Mawr Auto Body. They finish the work quickly and they do business in a professional manner.
