3D Auto Body & Collision Centers - Haverford

If I could give them a zero on customer service I would. Worst initial experience I've ever had at any car center or repair shop. The person who claimed to be the manager came out to take photos of the damages. My car was hit in a parking lot when it was parked and I was not with it, the other driver was kind enough to leave a note and their information stating they hit it. That driver also reported it herself to her insurance company along with the damage that was done. I was upset but grateful for their honesty. The "manager" at 3D insinuated that I was lying about the circumstances and how the damage happened. He had the full report submitted by the other driver, all damages reported were reported by the other party. I did not report them. I was just bringing the vehicle in for an estimate as per the request of the other drivers insurance company. He would not stop antagonizing me when I was already upset. He proceeded with smirk on his face, he seemed to find it humorous that my car had damage. I pointed his behavior out and he was unapologetic. He continued to antagonize while taking photos, his attitude and customer service were appalling. I requested the name of another collision center, hopefully I don't have to deal with this person again.

3D Auto body & Collision were able to look at my vehicle the same day I called. They took their time to buff out a big scratch on the side of my Jeep grand Cherokee. They did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend their service and will be going back for any future repairs.

My front bumper and passenger side was messed up in an accident. My car looks brand new again. Eric and co. did a great job keeping me updated with the process. The only downside was it took over a month for 3D to be able to work on my car. It seems it was worth the wait. As you can see, they did great job 👍

I’m really happy I chose this shop for auto body repairs. All of the staff I dealt with was extremely helpful and kind. Easy to talk to and they talked me through the entire process and were very easy to work with. They were very communicative throughout via automated texts which I appreciate. They even finished the car a week early! The repairs looked brand new. I left the rental with them and they returned it for me. Couldn’t have possibly given any better customer service. 10/10 Would Recommend.

I had my car in for repair. They completed all of the work in under two weeks. The damage was decent along the entire drivers side of the car.
