My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility. The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car. The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking. Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!

I have major modifications to make on my 2015 Camaro SS. I was looking for a place to paint and install new front fascia and headlights. I wanted the job to be done right. A good friend recommended O'Neil collision. They admitted that they had little experience with acustom work. The staff there really impressed me so I took the chance. On a regular basis I was updated on the progress. Then a phone call from Roman that indicated that a mesh that I wanted to install was going to need a lot of work and that perhaps this was above their level, so I told them that was fine. Then a couple of days later another phone call from them indicating one of the technicians took the plunge to install the mesh, even though it required reshaping and a fair amount of custom work. A few days ago I picked my car up. I cannot tell you how pleased I was by the results. They will be my goto place for the remainder of my modifications. Huge shout out to Roman and the entire staff. They are totally professional and customer oriented. Their level of service is impeccable.

I took our car there to get repaired after an accident. Four weeks later they said it was finally done. After 2 minutes of driving it I realized there were still two problems. I called immediately and brought it back the next day. Kevin couldn't see the two problems. I had to go back and start up the car and move it for 30 seconds to show him the problems. He rambled for 7 minutes about how hard it is to get parts and that I should take the car and he would call in 2 weeks when the parts came in. When I brought it back in SIX weeks later they fixed one problem and said the other was already there. Insurance agent said they would take them off their places to recommend. I would NEVER recommend them.

Someone scratched my rear left bumper but luckily she left her number and I was able to get it fixed at O’Neill Collision Center. They worked great with the insurance company as well as the car rental company. They finished the job within three days even though they said it might take a week to finish it. On top of it, they did an amazing job on that side sweep. The next day I also noticed that they fixed my passenger side scratch a little bit (paint and protective coat) without asking me. They basically went beyond the expectations. Sarah is also great and reachable all the time. I can definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience! Had tiny scratch on door, they fixed it perfectly. The paint is atomic silver, a 5 stage paint, they matched the color perfectly! They matched the texture of paint, with the rest of the rest of body panels. It was like nothing happened! Turnaround time was quick. Staff was so helpful and friendly too!
