Went to Heilman Auto Service Center in Hatboro, PA on 6/26/26 for state inspection and emissions. They called around 11 AM saying my truck was done and everything looked good. When I picked it up later that day, I found a noticeable cut in the clear tint on my windshield that wasn’t there before. The manager admitted they didn’t realize it was tinted until it was too late, but never mentioned any issue when they called earlier. When I asked what they could do to fix it, I was told they are “not responsible” and that it’s in state guidelines, but no proof was provided. I was told I’d get a follow-up call, which never happened, and they refused to give contact info for the owner. Very disappointing experience—poor communication and no accountability for damage done while my vehicle was in their care.

My dad has been coming here to Heilman for years and he is a resident of Hatboro. My dad can no longer drive and I took over his vehicle. I have been coming here now for a couple of years. Joe and his team are excellent at what they do. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are always helpful to me, answering and explaining all of my questions. They always get me in and out as soon as possible. I have never had a problem with the work that they do. They go above and beyond every single time! I am highly satisfied with Joe and his team and I give them five stars. Also, Oz its great at what he does in the front end of the shop. He keeps everything running smoothly. He has excellent phone skills and people skills. He treats everyone with respect and I really enjoy interacting with him I give Oz five stars as well! Thank you Denise Dougherty
