I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I took my car here for a second quote after another shop gave me an estimate that made my jaw drop. Not only was their quote about half the price, but they got me in right away. They even set me up with a free loaner car, which made everything so much easier. The best part? They had the work finished the same day. Everyone was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. It's hard to find a shop that makes you feel like they're actually looking out for you, but that's exactly how I felt here. And if all that wasn't enough, there's a super cute puppy hanging out in the shop. Couldn't recommend this place more. 10/10 experience and I'll definitely be back if I ever need work done!!

I am thankful to have found Dempster's Quality Car Care. Dempster's fulfilled and exceeded all of the checkpoints I was looking for in a mechanic shop. They are no-nonsense professionals with excellent customer service and skill. They have an immaculate office, a waiting room that makes one feel at home, a bathroom to match, and generous free items. View on GoogleStop searching. This is the garage you need. They provide not just a free diagnostic but pictures to you of parts and wear and tear of your vehicle. Fair and transparent pricing. Professional work. They keep you informed and are always communicating. I took my old Chevy in here and they completed brake rotor replacement, oil change, tire rotation, and a bunch of heavy work on my axles in I think less than 4 hours. Thanks guys.
View on GoogleI had my car inspected at Dempster’s in February after my wife had a good experience there. A week or so ago my brakes started making a terrible noise. I brought it to them and it turned out one of the parts was bent, they took all the brakes apart and adjusted them, lubed them, and replaced the bent part. When I picked it up they told me it was free of charge! I haven’t lived in this area for very long, but I’ve definitely found my auto mechanics for sure
