I was a repeat customer and was overcharged 3 months ago for an issue that they never fixed. (Forfeited a trip to Italy a yr prior, and maxed out my credit card for the last costs, but to stay on point)... A fan belt should not shred after 3 months after proper installation. Does having something need repairs 3 months after the "fix" sound reasonable to you?!?🤔 I was robbed!
View on GoogleThey were very honest with me, my car wouldn't start, they checked the battery and charging system couldn't find a problem and didn't charge me. I just left the car sitting to long especially when weather got colder. Just needed a good charge. Other shops might not have been as honest.
View on GoogleI had used Dave’s for the last 15 years. Never had an issue. Inspection, every 3 month oil changes, occasional repairs. They had always got me in when needed and Dave or Jan (previous owners) or Ron always took care of me with professionalism and fairness. Recently had my car in for “making a noise”, I couldn’t tell what it was so just wanted to be sure all was okay. Chuck had told me he “whipped it around” and there was no noise, basically threw my keys back at me and shrugged. I am so disheartened that this business that my family has used for years has changed hands to someone who seems to not care about your concerns. I won’t be back to this business, I won’t recommend this business. If I can’t have trust in the person keeping my vehicle safe, I can’t recommend this business to anyone. Who knows how this carelessness carries over to more advanced repairs or concerns.
View on GoogleMy family and I have been using Dave's for many years. They are always perfectly honest and never have a problem suggesting less expensive ways to get the job done. The workmanship is excellent too. Our Highlander has over 200k miles and purrs like a kitten under Dave's care.

When I call they say they ordered part without giving price then 4days later I call and get told it 600 dollars and they told me that. Normally this is a honest fair place but this was a scumbag move make sure you know how much they gonna charge before you let them touch your car
