There was an issue with mid size SUV and I reluctantly took it to the dealership, because of a bad experience I had a few years ago. So I thought I’d take a moment to write a nice review of the great experience I had this time around. All the employees I interacted with, Paul, Trish, Marcelle and Dave, the manager, were very kind, engaging and helpful. And, this time around the main issue that needed repair was fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

Routine maintenance on my 2025 4Runner was satisfactory but was disappointed that the technician didn’t find anything wrong with the whining noise coming from the windshield wiper motor that I found to be concerning. I’ve had the vehicle 14 months and never heard this noise until recently.

The reason I feel it is necessary to write this review is because of the inconvenience and time wasted for something seemingly very simple. I recently made an apt about my car needing to have the engine maintenance light reset after taking it to my mechanic he assured me all the systems were good and the engine and tire pressure were all fine. After confirming with the girl who gave the apt she said I would be able to drop it off and they would reset the sensors; I go inside and the guy says it is going to cost 215$ for a diagnostics check. I explained the situation to him and he said "my guys won't be able to reset it they have to check everything and thats what it costs." Obviously this is super frustrating but more importantly it was a waste of time and the girl who gave me the apt should have to answer for why she said I would be able to drop it off and have them reset it without any issues. The customer service and disorganization every time I come here is horrendous. Do yourselves a favor; get a mechanic you can trust and never deal with these people again.

Absolutely stellar service from Sloane Toyota. Last week I took my Corolla for its first service with Sloane. From the moment the car was received, to updates via video from Chelsea who serviced the car, to Patrick's friendly and timely phone call about the car being ready --- everyone I interacted with was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. When ever we take our car in for service Sloan and all their staff are helpful and kind. They let us know ahead of time what we will be needing and what it will cost so we aren’t surprised. Their Lyft service is really beneficial if we don’t want to stay until the work is done.
