Honestly, I don't post reviews super often but I felt like this was a place that needed one. Not a great experience. First off, they didn't even fix the problem. I had a tire that was loosing pressure they said that it was a plug from an old leak so they took that out and put a new one in and said my car was ready. Literally, that same day, my tire was STILL loosing pressure. I called and said that was happening and told the guy on the phone what they told me. The guy on the phone said "we don't use plugs, we patch it." They said to bring it back in and they can look at it again. So idk if they even tried to patch it since they originally told me they put a plug in. Anyway I wasn't going to risk having to pay again for them not to fix the issue. Either way it had to of been a lie because I took my car elsewhere and they said there wasn't a plug nor was it patched anywhere in that tire and that it was a nail that was causing the loss in air pressure. They probably didn't even look at the correct tire since not only did they not fix the problem, but they were extremely dismissive and interrupted me almost every time I tried to finish a sentence. It genuinely didn't seem like they even paid attention to me. And when they took my keys they just kind of stopped talking and didnt make eye contact or look at me. Just fiddled on the conputer. After a few moments the guy said "do you need anything else? You're done. You can leave." So it genuinely felt like he wasn't listening. So they probably looked at the wrong tire and didn't even bother to look at the rest. They genuinely didn't seem to care. And it was expensive for them not to fix the issue.

I was referred to these guys by Mavis discount tires as they had special equipment for larger rims apparently, I've been working on cars in Australia and USA for 25 years, guy told me because I changed the rim size on my Camaro, I will never improve the vibration on my front tires, it will always be like that no matter what I do. I did my own research and a set of 10 dolor hub Centric Caps from Amazon fixed the issue; he obviously had no idea what he was talking about. So, I don't trust them as so-called experts.

What a ridiculous business model. My car stalled a couple of times while driving, so I asked them to check it out. They drove it around the block twice for about 15 minutes and decided nothing was wrong with it, at least nothing diagnosable. Then charged me $70 for them to say there was nothing they could do, and they insisted this was a reasonable labor rate. To drive around the block twice? No, I reject that. NEVER go here.

Can't thank these guys enough. Walked in looking to have my inspection sticker replaced after having a cracked windshield repaired. Dealer across the street who serviced car last week told me to get windshield fixed somewhere else and come back to get a new sticker. Today told me they wouldn't do it without an appointment and they didn't have any availability today. Went across the street to Fitzgerald's half expecting to hear the same thing, especially since I had never utilized them in the past. Not the case. James said they were busy but leave it and they'd get it done by the afternoon. True to his word around 2:30 I got a call it was ready to be picked up. For a small job and having no prior relationship, I got better service than where I had been taking the car for years and was accommodated on short notice. Appreciate the team finding time for me today and will be sure to keep coming back.

Dealt with this place 3 times in the past month and a half. Had new tires installed on 2 different vehicles, & a tire repair on another vehicle. Each time they worked with me to give me what I want & need, and with the tire repair they worked with me to get it done the same day with a very short wait while the repair was done. Exceeded my expectations each time. This is the type of place I like to do business with, and I will be bringing more their way.
