My son purchased a car from Ilans Auto. Ilans Auto to their credit sent us to have the issue resolved at Master Tech at no cost to my son to resolve break issues and a check engine light issue. They replaced Cheap breaks with less cheap brakes when the car needs calipers. We are currently sitting here with an appointment time of 10 am with noone in the office at Master Tech. Unprofessional. Un safe. Horrible mechanics and buisness people.

View on GoogleVery clean. Master gave me his undivided time. He was intentional about solving the problem(s) that I have been experiencing with my vehicle. I left his shop feeling confident that I was going to have my car back soon.
View on GoogleI'm very upset and disappointed with Master services. I took my truck to get fix and he had my truck for a week. I put a $500 deposit to start the work on my car and I explained to fix everything that's wrong with it and when I pick up the truck I'll pay the difference. He try to tell me the Radiator was $300 and when I researched it the Radiator was no more than $100. I paid him $1000 total for a half job he so call did. He didn't do everything on my invoice neither the job we discuss over the phone. I have a friend lawyer and I will be taking him to court because he did me dirty. I don't recommend no one to go to him at all. I'm so upset he didn't change my alteanator belt , my truck is still leaking and my antifreeze is still leaking and I had to put more antifreeze in my truck because it was empty. He had my truck for entire week to complete the job right. I should of just went to meinike and it would of been done right. I'm a single mother with no family and only person I have is GOD. I'm so disappointed in him. I wouldn't think he'll do me so dirty. I will report his business. He still haven't put my alteanator belt either and I paid for that. GOD doesn't like ugly and I'm GOD childs. On the phone when he told me about the Radiator and I explained to him to fix it and also the altenator belt. He tried to tell me something different when I arrived at his shop. I advised NO one goes to him unless you his family and maybe he might not do them dirty. I'm so very upset.
