First experience pretty bad. Scheduled appointment to get an estimate done at 8:00am. Upon arriving 15mins early for the appointment I am immediately told that I’m at the wrong place. The man behind the counter told me you may be talking about a different collision shop that was close with a completely different name. I informed him of the number that I dialed which he in fact confirmed with me and stated that it was the correct number. After the wrong place fiasco, I was told the guy that does the estimates wouldn’t be in until 8:30am because he had a doctors appointment. I changed my work schedule this day after calling to confirm the day before that I would be coming in at 8:00am. I waited until 8:30am and the guy never showed. The lack of communication between the people at Glenside Collision and with me the customer inconveniences me in a way that makes me not want to do any business at this location. Won’t be going back. If I could I would give them 0 stars for the experience. Thanks for nothing.
