Tyler and Joanna are the absolute best. I have been going to Woods Werks for 5 years with my Countryman and I never want to go anywhere else. I found them after the mini dealership tried to swindle me and I wanted a second opinion on the work the dealership said I needed. Tyler showed me what to look for when it would be time to actually need that work. They stay plenty busy here so they have no reason to upsell me on work I don’t need. They always explain things in detail about the work that’s been done and future work I might need soon. Pricing is always fair and their checkout system is so easy. I’ve had everything from replacing my clutch and flywheel to simple stuff like oil changes, and I wouldn’t trust my car or my dollars with anyone else.

Just recently I upgraded to a 2023 MINI Cooper S and brought it in for a post-purchase inspection. As usual, Tyler was extremely thorough in his evaluation. Over the years, I've appreciated that both he and Joanna take the time to explain what is happening, rather than simply saying something needs to be fixed. Overall, they are great to work with, helpful, and just really nice. I'm glad I can support a small business. I know my car is in good hands when I take it to Wood's Werks and am looking forward to continuing to have my new-to-me vehicle under their care.
View on GoogleTyler has been taking care of our 328xi for 8 years from 60k miles to over 120K miles. He did all maintenance and repairs and the car was running smoothly as it should until it was totaled by a deer. For two years, he has taken care of our X1, and we just bought a second X1 we will trust into his hands. Tyler’s work is excellent, on time, and very reasonably priced. He helped out when I did something stupid to the car without making me feel stupid 😊. Tyler is completely honest, I trust him 100%, and he and his wife Joanna, who does the admin, are super friendly and easy to deal with. Tyler is one of the reasons I can fully enjoy and afford two bimmers. I wish there were more of him.
