So, I scheduled my service via their website. Fairly easy enough. Got a reminder the day prior and drop-off was easy. I received an email and text about services and or repairs needed or recommended. Which was awesome since I do not check my personal email that often. Even speaking to the service writer was comforting. No forced sales of extra work needed. And they are very accommodating, as I requested to have my vehicle dropped off at my house (live 5 minutes away). I didn't have to rush home to pickup up my wife and make sure to catch them before they close so I can pay. I was at ease with them. Not fond of paying high prices but with excellent customer service before and after. No complaints.

Two older minivans were so well kept that I was offered top dollar, ultimately resulting in my choice of a newer 4RUNNER. I am thrilled with the service I received from Glenshaw Auto. After I got towed to their garage, I was on the phone with them multiple times to ask questions, review their diagnoses, and ask for updates. Each phone call was extremely friendly, and I was grateful to receive such thorough explanations and honest, professional advice. They did all their repairs and updated me in such a timely fashion, and now my car is doing so much better. I am also happy with the price I paid. Dan, Gregg, and Christian did a great job with my car, and I appreciate Matt and Mariah with assisting me with after hours pickup, contactless payment, and setting up an appointment. I would happily return for other car needs!
