View on GoogleI called 4 other places including Costco tire, Firestone, Mavis, AAA, and they all told me I needed to replace my nail-punctured Tesla tire because it has a styrofoam layer. CJ's crew was able to plug and patch my tire for $40 instead of trying to charge me $300-400+ to replace a new one. It has been 5 weeks and the patch has been working great, no road noise from the patched tire. 10/10 would recommend for great customer service, honesty, and great technical knowledge and skills.
View on GoogleDismounting charging fee? Let me tell you my credentials 1st then the issues. 2010- 2019 I worked as a Service Advisor, Automotive Degree and held PA STATE EMISSIONS cert. Never have I ever, even at dealerships charged nor said the words of "Dismounting fee". Certain places will charge for bigger size tires, they do charge extra. I bought in my own tires. All I needed was mount and balance with alignment. The male Service Advisor said Dismounting is $20 per tire. I'm like I've never heard of such a fee, im assuming that's that covid pricing. Eventually he took off the charge. His mood changed after he rang me out. And he apologized. I loved working as a Service advisor because I helped and taught people who don't know anything about cars. I've never had to lie and cheat my way through for commission. I had gain many people trust because of my ways. Not at this place!!
View on GoogleSecond time at CJ’s. They first got me a great deal on a set of Continentals for my Honda at the end of last summer. When the car had a flat tire, I called them around 10a, they had the tire in stock by noon, it was mounted, balanced, had the tires rotated, state inspection, and i was home by 3p. Great service, great prices!
