Came here because my normal place wanted too much. The reviews were good so I decided to try it out. He was able to get my car in and found that the previous mechanic may have put the caps on the A/C system ports to tight which may have caused them to leak our refrigerant. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Will definitely be referring some more work his way.
View on GoogleJames is very friendly! I found his shop on google and was skeptical at first having never used this shop before, but it was a great. He was very busy but made time to fit me in. I had an inspection done and James did not try to upsell me. He told me my brake pads could last another year or so, my tires were fine for another year or two and that I could use new wipers if I wanted them, but he did not pressure me to do any of the extra stuff with him and left it up to me to decide. I ended up deciding to have my brake pads replaced and he offered fair pricing for everything I had done. Will definitely be using his shop in the future and recommending him to my family and friends!

View on GoogleHe said he didn't do engines and when I asked about oil changes he then proceeded to hang up on me. Not a good way to do business- CUSTOMER PROFILING!! WRONG AS WRONG IS NOT ETHICAL OR APPROPRIATE. I'm a potential new customer too never had big dog's services and this happen will never recommend to anybody. 😡😤!!!!! Your power didn't go out or you would of told me on the phone I have the recording and you said you didn't repair engines than when I proceeded to ask you about oil changes you hung up on me. I don't know you -never met you-why would you do that? Stop lying to the public if you didn't want to do it come with a better way of refusing services next time. On Google it specifically said you repair engines. You probably will change it after I post this. Stop lying!!!!
