Steer clear of Alpha "Quality". All of this data is factual. I had my car picked up by Antohny for service, and the following transpired. While my car was in for service the front left quarter panel was dented by this shop. When I contacted Anthony after I picked up my car, he stated he would take care of it. I had to reach out again to set up a time to take my car back to have the dent fixed. Then Anthony told me he was going to charge me. This is just wrong. First, it was damaged while in his possession at his shop. He said he would take care of it and admitted that he did not do a visual inspection of the car for any body damages. Then advised he is going to charge. Nope! Also, when my car was at his shop, he wanted to install a kill switch. I advised I did not want that installed. Guess what, he installed it anyway! After I got my car back my rear speakers no longer work. He never offered any refund or explanation for this. Also, he was supposed to inspect my car. However, he is not an inspection certified station, and he never ever disclosed that to me. When I went to get my car, I had to take it to another shop that I am guessing he contacted with, to get the inspection done. Then that shop tried to charge me, when I had already paid Alpha. Terrible communication with me the customer and the other shop. Also, his partner Ryan, sent me to the wrong shop to get my inspection done. I spent about 45 minutes on text and phone calls until I finally got the correct shop to take my car to get the inspection sticker. Then, I needed a new alternator installed, ok fine. However, Anthony advised me he had to do a coolant flush and charged me an extra 250!! And doing a coolant flush is not required when replacing the alternator on my car. Also, he did that work and never called to ask me or inform me at all. He just did it and then charged me!! Look, I see some good reviews here, and that is great. However, my overall experience was extremely poor. The communication was the worst, and then he offered no transparency and no accountability for the mistakes he and his shop made. I encourage anyone who used this shop and had issues to file a complaint against Alpha "Quality" with the Better Business Bureau at bbb.org. You want to own a business great! You want to be your own boss! Excellent! But you will not get far if you do not treat your customers with the respect they deserve. In fact, if you do not, you will no longer have your own business for much longer. In response to the person who replied to this post: This is exactly the type of response I would expect from a business owner who does not take accountability for their own shortcomings and blames the customer. Wow! This is just a very clear reason for customers to steer clear of your shop! The facts are clear in this case. 1. My car was damaged while in your care and you refused to be accountable. 2. You installed a kill switch after I implicitly told you not to. 3. My rear speakers ceased to work after you had "worked" on my car. 4. You did not contact me and ask me if I wanted a coolant flush. You just did it, then advised me of the extra $250 it cost me. 5. You never informed me that your shop is not a certified State Inspection station, and my car would be sent to another shop for that. Maybe you don't understand that customers may be on a budget and if you spring costs on them at the last minute, that is just bad business. I do in fact know that a coolant flush is not required to replace an alternator on my car. The facts are clear, and your business practices are shady. And you again, deny any accountability for poor communication and un-needed and un-wanted work you did to my car, that will now cost me more money to have a competent shop fix your mistakes. ***AGAIN*** I implore all persons who had issues with this shop to report them to the Better Business Bureau at BBB.org. No consumer should have to go through this, and then deal with a business owner who denies any accountability and then blames the customer for their own shortcomings.

I bought a sweet Honda Civic from Anthony and man is it a good car. It was a joy to buy from Anthony, he is good at what he does and he sells good cars at honest prices. I had been searching for cars for weeks and I came very close to getting scammed out of 7k. The moral of the story is most people are willing and will scam you but not Anthony. It was a breath of fresh air when I was buying from Anthony. I ran the carfax on his cars and they matched exactly with what he said they were. So overall I would say Anthony’s honesty, beautiful cars, and his drive(no pun intended) to help you is what sets him apart.

7/15/2024: This is long, but honest and from personal experience. The original agreement was that Alpha would perform repairs, clean, and inspect the vehicle in preparation for sale. The quote for repairs, including inspection and detailing, was $1,800.00. Not bad considering the amount of work it needed and being a VW. For four months the vehicle sat stagnant and in pieces outside of the shop. Finally, Alpha put the car back together and again it sat stagnant. Alpha then tells me the car is being sent to MEINEKE for inspection. Two weeks go by and according to Anthony, the owner of Alpha, it was still at Meineke for inspection. On a Friday, I request to pick up my car. I'm told I need to wait until the following Monday when Anthony returned from out of the area. Monday comes, I PAY $1,800.00 in CASH and the vehicle didn't even have the license plate on it. I had to ask for the key and title back, and the vehicle did NOT have an inspection sticker. Anthony claims that's my fault because I requested to pick up my car after TWO WEEKS of being "inspected," which according to Meineke, it only needed a bulb and otherwise passed. I immediately took the car back to Meineke and PAID FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION AFTER PAYING ANTHONY FOR IT. The windshield wipers no longer work, and are missing hardware. So, yet another repair I'll have to pay for due to Anthony's and Meineke's negligence. I highly recommend staying far away from this place. Meineke too, since they "passed" my vehicle inspection with non-functioning windshield wipers. 9/20/2024 - Edited to add: Meineke immediately contacted me in an attempt to make things right, which I appreciate/respect, but I do not trust their competence after passing an inspection twice without checking wipers so I refuse to take my car back there. Anthony now also claims he and Meineke “made things right” and that I “wasn’t charged,” yet the charges are posted on my bank statement and I have receipts from parts I had to buy to repair the non-functioning windshield wipers. I’ve never received a refund from Meineke or Alpha - whom I paid IN FULL, in CASH, even paid for work that was not completed. Anthony has also never once even attempted to contact me directly to discuss these issues, he instead threatened my mother in law.

Purchased a silverado truck from anthony in 2024. Got audited by the IRS for business deductions and after multiple attempts of reaching out , Anthony will not even write me out a hand receipt for the truck that I purchased from him. The day I took the truck off the lot on the way home the Driveshaft dropped completely out of the truck . Luckily no one was injured. Stay clear of this guy and his business

Anthony has always taken pride in his business and providing for his customers appropriately. It's truly disappointing to see all of these 1 star reviews based off of a false social media post and sensitive/judgemental people. He is an honest, hard working, dedicated small business owner and always provides the best service possible. These people and reviews absolutely DO NOT highlight the true nature of his business and personality. Ignore them and do not believe everything you see online.
