Wrenchright is the place you want to get your car taken care of. Alex the owner is always honest, trustworthy and fair when it comes to pricing. Whenever theirs a mechanical issue with our vehicles he alway finds time to squeeze us in and have are cars worked on. We appreciate how he gets us in and out of his shop with working cars. We appreciate all his car advice and he cares about our safety on the roads. Alex is always willing to work on your car and prioritize what the most urgent work is needed to be done to your car. We are just very pleased with all of his work.

I’ve now had two different cars worked on here, and both experiences were really good. It’s a husband-and-wife team, and they’re both friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to deal with. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed or talked down to. The work was done efficiently and everything has been running great. It’s hard to find a shop that feels honest and straightforward, but this place does. Definitely appreciate how pleasant they are to work with. I’ll be coming back when I need anything else done.

I used to use this shop with no issues, but their customer service and business ethics have completely deteriorated. When they were asked for a parts quote, Cori refused to give the pricing after openly acknowledging she knew we could source the parts cheaper ourselves. She then tried to penalize it by hiking the labor rate by $40 an hour if supplying own parts—something this shop has happily done in the past with zero price increases. The initial interactions and rude behavior was with my sister. When I tried to calmly address her hostile attitude, she completely denied her own statements and refused to take any accountability.The checkout process was even worse. Cori demanded to see my physical card. When I refused, she aggressively interrogated me on whether it was a debit or credit card. I called her out, asking if she just wanted to confirm it wasn't credit so I couldn't do a chargeback, and she literally confirmed that was exactly her motive.To top it all off, when asked about the warranty on the work they just completed, Cori stated: "After all this, I'm not even comfortable providing a warranty on the labor, so it would just be whatever manufacturer warranty for the parts." She then spitefully added, "Maybe if future interactions are more pleasant, it would be different." This proves their warranty policy is completely nonexistent and entirely based on whether you let them walk all over you. She finished by telling me, "By all means, if you can find someone else to install your own parts, go ahead." Rest assured, I already have found a mechanic who actually treats customers with basic respect. Avoid this shop at all costs. The worst part is Alex, the actual mechanic does good work. But that cannot compensate for disrespecting customers.

I can't say enough good things about Alex & Cori!! They have consistently gone above & beyond when we've taken in our vehicles, including a recent unexpected visit after they returned from vacation. They are honest, friendly & very reasonable!! I also want to note for any woman (younger or older) needing a mechanic, Alex is so respectful when speaking with you. He doesn't talk down to you or treat you in any way other than with respect & friendly honest communication.

Great friendly service! I had brake troubles while in town. They were able to squeeze me in last minute while everyone else around the area said they were too busy. Very grateful for their help and willingness to work with me. I highly recommend them to everyone I know
