Let me car sit for weeks on lot finally called and said he thinks it starter but not sure but he can replace that or give me $300 to junk it. 😳 I recently got $500 for a car with a seized motor so there was no way I was getting rid of a car with starter issues for $300. So asked him what I owe for checking it out took weeks to get a call with price. Paid in full. My stepdad went to try to jump it and mess with starter guy came and said he needs to leave. My car was blocked in so we called and said let us know when it’s unblocked so I can get it towed. Never heard back until the police came to my house saying he wants it moved. Beyond unprofessional did not even return my calls asking him to unblock it which is why I didn’t send a tow truck not knowing if my car was accessible. go somewhere else

took my car here a few times. First time was for a set of tires, good work but they wouldn't let me stay there during the service, no biggie. they asked if I wanted the tires rotated while they were replacing them, I said yes. Turns out they charged me an extra $20 for the rotation, a bit odd but I let it go. Fast forward a few months. My timing belt broke in my car so i took it to them. They replaced it and said i should have the pulleys and water pump replaced as preventative maintenance. I agreed. All was well, for about a year, when my timing belt broke again. Took my belt to a mechanic upstate. He told me that yeah they changed the water pump but the pulleys had never been touched. So in short, I will not be retuning to them ever. Didn't do all they work they charged me for and left me stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours.
View on GoogleI had my linc navigator worked on while i was traveling through the state. i have to admit that the guys were very nice and jumped right on my vehicle and had it repaired in a day. however when i got home i sent my receipt that i had received from them to my insurance company. They needed the part numbers for the parts. i called and requested those numbers and the lady at the front desk was very rude over the phone, she wanted to know who was going to pay her for looking the numbers up on my receipt. She took my phone number and said she would try and locate the receipt. im sure there records are kept by name or receipt number. Any way she hasn't called. The good news is i got on line and found the part numbers in 30 seconds.

View on GoogleThey definitely don't do what they say they going to do for u and still charge u for the service u don't receive and dont return your phone calls when u try to tell them what's going on I paid for ac service on brand new system worked twice they were supposed to adjust my valves and set timing and adjust the carburetor never did it still continues to run when u turn the key off cause of timing is still not right today been months stay clear
