The work was completed and the price was fair, but the communication was disappointing. I dropped my car off the night before for an inspection and oil change. When they called about needing front brakes, I approved the work and was told it would likely be done that day and that I’d get a call when it was ready. I never received a call. The next morning I had to call myself, and was told the car had been ready. When I mentioned that no one called me, it was brushed off and no apology was offered. I understand delays happen, but keeping customers updated is important. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be returning.
