Excellent service center. Online appointment is easy to make. There's a follow-up phone call. There's no trying to get you to pay for extra services or "technician's concerns." They do exactly what you made the appointment for. Unlike that other place that rhymes with "Smeritage."

Normally, I hate it when dealerships hound you, but Kolin Sheidy reached out to us just to touch base and answer any questions we may have had (and we took advantage of that). He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and answered our questions promptly. His demeaner and attitude were refreshing compared to what you'd normally expect. We scheduled a test drive, & really enjoyed the experience. We were happy to find Kolin whom made us feel comfortable during the entire buying process. Thank You Kolin! Take care of yourself!

View on GoogleTo say we had an awful experience with this dealer is an understatement. The woman who works at the CHRYSTLER desk is honestly incorrigible. We came in for a transmission error message only the dealer could fix, they were able to use our outside warranty for the fix and it was still over $200. Well we didn’t even have the car back 1 week before the issue happened AGAIN. Back to the dealer, this time the part took from Thanksgiving to end of January to come in. We find out days before the repair that they “refuse” to work with our warranty and it will be out of pocket. So they fixed the wrong thing the first time, we ended up paying nearly $700, and 8 weeks of waiting. Summery to this, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I certainly learned my lesson!
