We had gotten a dent in the driver side fender a few years ago on our SUV, and roughly 2 months ago, that door stopped opening all the way. We only needed to be able to open the car door, and they listened to me, not trying to upset like other Body Shops did. They were able to get me in quickly to do the small job, and charged a very reasonable rate. I will absolutely return to them if we ever have any future body work for our cars, and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you for being honest, patient, and detail oriented!!

Great experience from an established family owned business. I was able to send a pic of some damage from an accident to get an estimate of time to have repairs completed and surprised the parts could be ordered and save me time. My father referred me living in the area and knowing the quality of work they do. Everything from the insurance processed to having the work completed away great. I thought I would be without my car for awhile but I wasn’t. Very pleased. Great service and communication from the staff with all my questions and concerns.

Our brand new TESLA model Y got a major scrape pulling into our garage, and Ricciardi Auto Body did a fantastic job making it look new again. Loved working with this family run business. I had a cracked sunroof. Insurance sent me to Ricciardi’s for the repair. While they fixed the sunroof, they cracked my windshield in doing so. Drove off from Ricciardi’s at night. Realized it was cracked first thing the next morning (continued to get worse). I called the shop and Al admitted something must have happened when they replaced the sunroof. He had me text him pictures and said he would make it right. 6 weeks later and several calls to the shop (telling his Son to tell me he would call me back never to hear a word) and I had to go elsewhere. Luckily insurance is reimbursing me for having to pay another deductible to get windshield fixed elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because my insurance made me go to Rucciardi’s initially and they ended up being very untrustworthy. Had they communicated, I may have been more understanding but they avoided for weeks. I don’t often leave poor reviews but this one is necessary.
