Cavallo has to be the best Body Shop in Philadelphia. They did an excellent job, were very knowledgeable and communicative, and didn’t take forever like basically every other body shop I’ve ever been to. As a business owner, I can just walk in there and know it is a well run operation. Everything is organized and every employee is detailed. They even cleaned my car better than any proffesional I’ve ever paid. Will only use them going forward.

They repaired my BMW quickly and with such high-quality workmanship that I honestly couldn’t even remember what the original issue was when I saw the finished job. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damage to my truck but they did one hell of a job at detailing the inside of it too. Their work is great but what I really liked about them is that they kept you in the loop on how far along they are on your vehicle. They’re top notch. I couldn’t have asked for better. None of the body shops in southern Delaware near me do this great of a job. I greatly appreciate their work and communication. Great job guys and keep up the great work. Thank you guys so much

They take pride in the work and customer service they provide. They give a lifetime warranty on there work and they work with your insurance company. They are transparent and help you every step of the way. If you're in the area and you have an accident, Cavalli Auto Body is the place to take your vehicle.
View on GoogleExcellent experience and extremely professional. I dropped off my car late on a Friday afternoon. They told me they would get started "first thing on Monday". I smiled figuring that meant "sometime on Monday, maybe Tuesday". Nope, at 7:40AM my phone vibrated with an alert from my car app to tell me the two rear taillights were malfunctioning. As I see it, they got in at 7, made a cup of coffee, shuffled cars, and they literally started on my car "first thing Monday morning" with disassembling the tails...and it was ready exactly one week later for a bumper repair, fully detailed, and looking brand new again. We didn't need it, but they offered to help coordinate a rental car for us, which was a nice gesture, and they worked seamlessly with Traveler's insurance. We couldn't be happier with our experience.
