I’ve been taking my Jeep here for a few years now, and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. They’re friendly, honest, and truly give amazing “old-fashioned” service, just like their tagline says. They’re transparent with pricing and give options whenever possible but also educate you about the problem and their suggested solution. I especially appreciate Brian—he’s stellar and so responsive. I’ve always felt like he was concerned with safety above all else. I couldn’t ask for any more from my mechanic!

John and his team took care of a suspension problem I had that another shop threw in the towel after repeated attempts to identify and fix. They diagnosed it the day I dropped it off and had it finished the next business day. They used quality parts (moog is #1 when it comes to suspension parts). They communicated in a timely matter and explained everything.

I think a reason why i never wrote a review till now is because we NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with their service. I think we took for granted how good they are. And, in general, I might be more inclined to point out problems than I am to spotlight what works well. Their service has been courteous, communicative, competitively priced, and fast. If you give them a chance, they will deliver.
