Went in to get three tires repaired due to slow leaks. They repaired two immediately but let me know the third was not fixable and showed me that the bead was severely damaged. They had a replacement ready the next morning had it mounted and balanced over my lunch break. Everyone was friendly and professional, especially Bob and Mike.

Got a weird hole in my tire while trying to make my way to Tulsa,OK from NYC. The whole team was kind and showed compassion while I was trying not to panic as I’m driving alone & on a time crunch. Prices are reasonable! Mike, you’re MVP! I appreciate you! He really took care of me. Thank you! 🙏 5 stars all around! While I hope emergencies never recur, I’m thankful that when one did, I was in the right place.

I’ve been having henise service all my vehicles for the past 15+ years. Their expertise, work ethic, honesty, prices and service can’t matched by the large chain stores. It’s rare these days to see the same employees everytime you go back to a certain place, but that’s exactly what you’ll get at Henise Cleona. Bob has always been there answering the phone. He’s super knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Mike the mechanic has been working on my vehicles for almost 2 decades. Not once have I ever had an issue with the work done here, plus their expert advice has probably saved us tons of money over the years. These guys are incredibly professional! It’s crazy the longevity that they have in their employees which speaks volumes about the business. It’s great to walk into a local shop and they know you by name.
