I had such a great experience with Ed’s Automotive in Cleona, PA. Ed is one of those rare people you instantly trust. He was honest about everything, got the job done way faster than I expected, and went out of his way to even pick me up so I could get my car. You can tell right away this is a family-run business that actually cares about people, not just money. Everyone was super kind, welcoming, and genuine. If you’re looking for a mechanic who’s reliable, fair, and just a really good human, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back.

5 stars – Truly Lifesaving Service! We had a tire blowout on the thruway around 3:30 AM while traveling over 500 miles from home with our two small children. After managing to get the donut spare on, we finally reached a hotel by 5:30 AM, completely exhausted. As soon as the morning came, I began calling tire shops in the area—everywhere told me it would take several days to get the tire we needed. We drove to multiple shops that were closed or unable to help. Then we found Ed’s Automotive & Services LLC—and they completely turned our luck around. Within minutes of looking at our damaged tire, they brought out a used tire with the same wear as our blown one and installed it on the spot. They didn’t charge us anything—just asked if we could leave a review. Ed’s Automotive went above and beyond in a moment of real stress and desperation. They didn’t just fix our car—they gave us peace of mind and helped us get safely back on the road. Thank you for your kindness and incredible service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area—you won’t find better people.

Potentially the best service my dad and I have ever had. We were travelling and they replaced our radiator in an hour when other places wouldn’t even look at our car till Monday. They treated us like family from the minute we walked in and got us back on the road home in no time. Couldn’t ask for anything more besides them working closer to home.

I had a great experience with this place during my recent oil service. The staff was amazing—very friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. One of my wipers was broken, and they replaced it for free, which I really appreciated. They also gave me useful advice on how to maintain my car better.
